I didn’t start in fitness because it was easy — I got here the hard way. I used to feel overweight, slow, and stuck. I know what it’s like to feel frustrated, unsure where to begin, or afraid of burning out again. Over years of trial, error, and education, I built a system that actually works in real life.
Now, I coach others to do the same.

Absolutely not. PrimeFit is designed for people who want to get healthier, not compete. We start from where you are right now and build gradually — safely and sustainably.
Not at all. While weight loss may be part of your goal, PrimeFit focuses on your whole health — strength, mobility, energy, confidence, and sustainable results. It’s not a six-pack bootcamp. It’s a smarter way to feel and function better, long-term.
Yes — in most cases. The programme can be adapted for people managing conditions like joint pain, Type 2 diabetes, menopause symptoms, or past injuries. If you’re unsure, book a trial and we’ll talk it through first.
No cookie-cutter plans here — instead, you’ll get nutrition guidance, recipe packs, and coaching support to help you build habits around the foods you actually like. If you’ve got dietary needs or restrictions, we’ll work with that too. Monthly recipe packs include sample meal plans and shopping lists.
Sessions are based in Lightwater, with full online support between sessions. You’ll also have access to your programme and tracking via a private coaching app.
Totally get it. PrimeFit is nothing like generic gym PT. You won’t be shouted at or made to feel uncomfortable. This is about you, your health, and a plan that fits your real life — not someone else’s idea of “fitness.”
Your in-person sessions are supported by a full coaching app, where you’ll find your programme, nutrition support, progress tracking, and weekly check-ins. You’ll have help between sessions too — not just while you’re with me in the gym.
Yes — you’ll need an active membership at Lifestyle Fitness in Lightwater. You can choose the gym plan that suits you best directly at lifestylefitness.co.uk. This keeps things flexible and ensures you have full access outside of our sessions too.
Gym access isn’t included, so you’ll just need a valid pass for each in-person session during your trial. You can purchase a day pass directly from Lifestyle Fitness here: www.lifestylefitness.co.uk/grab-a-day-pass
Once you’ve joined as a member, you’ll be able to access the gym as often as you like, and access all the facilities.
You’ll continue into your chosen plan automatically, unless you cancel within the 14-day period. No upfront fee, no pressure. You’ll get reminders so you’re never caught out.
All plans include full access to the PrimeFit programme. The difference is in how many in-person sessions you want per month:
Lite = 4 sessions
Core = 8 sessions
Max = 12 sessions.
You’ll choose what fits your goals, budget, and lifestyle — and you can switch any time.
Yes — your plan is designed to be flexible. We’ll work around your schedule, and if you travel or miss a week, your programme continues online. You’ll still have access to support, updates, and guidance through the app. You can also roll over any unused sessions to the next period for a maximum of one month.
Yes — you can upgrade or adjust your plan as your needs change. Just give a week’s notice before your next billing date.
No. You’ll enter your card details to start the 14-day risk-free trial, but you won’t be charged unless you decide to continue. You’ll have full access during the trial to see if it’s the right fit.
